I lead teams and programs from first direction to rollout. My focus is maintainable architecture, accessibility, performance and product quality that lasts. I pick architecture by need. A monolith for simple apps. Microfrontends when scale or separate team deployments demand it. Legacy platforms I migrate step by step, starting from a spec extracted from the existing code: same in, same out.
Design and engineering are one system for me. Design tokens, design system governance and Figma to code handoff keep both sides in sync. Quality lives in the pipeline: SonarQube, Dynatrace, linting and automated tests. About 70% of device and browser coverage runs as automated e2e tests. The rest is manual accessibility testing with screen readers and braille.
I use AI agents for governance, linting, pipeline checks and PR documentation. Agents scan and comment. Merging stays human. Code gets refreshed with every release as part of daily delivery, not in separate refactoring projects.
